Kyle Richardson has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate valuation, finance and investment. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API) and has significant valuation experience in residential, commercial and going concern valuations.
Before the expansion of Longview Solutions, Kyle was Head of Real Estate Investment for an ASX listed Alternate Investment Company that invested in products including senior and mezzanine debt, distressed debt and preferred equity in both Australia and the US.
Prior to this, Kyle was joint Managing Director of an advisory firm specializing in the arrangement of debt, equity and hybrid capital for smaller or mid tier real estate corporates. Over a two year period, the company was responsible for raising over AUD250 million in capital.
Kyle also had a 19 year career with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Nine years of this was as a specialized property valuer for the banks lending activities.
Ten years was spent as a real estate finance specialist within the Institutional Banking division. Kyle was responsible for a variety of landmark financings for major real estate developments around Australia and established the Commonwealth Bank’s Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities ("CMBS") capability.
