Belinda Richardson has over 12 years experience in real estate funds management, finance and investment banking and over eight years in office management and health care.
Prior to Longview Solutions, Belinda worked in real estate investment banking with Rothschild Australia and then Babcock & Brown. These investment banking roles included arranging real estate finance, the establishment of real estate investment vehicles and securitized loan pools and provision of equity underwriting for unlisted real estate investment trusts.
Prior to this, Belinda established a real estate debt specialty at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, within its Institutional Banking division. This involved arranging and participating in senior and mezzanine debt, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS), securitized loan pools, credit lease transactions and Private Public Partnerships.
Belinda spent about two years with Commonwealth Property (now Colonial First State Property) and BT Fund Management where she gained experience in capital transactions and the establishment of new real estate investment vehicles.
